Terms and Conditions

1. All sales are final. Items sold are not refundable or returnable.
2. Seller will not bear any responsibility for any loss of item or damage on item
    caused during posting or delivery.


General FAQs

Q: Are the items ready stock?
A: All items are ready-stock, unless otherwise stated.

Q: Are prices shown inclusive of postage?
A: All quotations shown in posts are exclusive postage fees.

Q: How long do I have to wait for my order after I've made payment?
A: Once payment have been cleared, we will try our best to proceed with
    delivery latest within 48 hours.

Q: Can I reserve my order?
A: Item will only be reserved for a maximum of 48 hours after our
    confirmation email is sent out. Buyer will be given 48 hours to make
    payment and email us a copy of the payment transaction slip.

Q: How do I make payment?
A:  Payment can be made via Internet Banking or via ATM cash
     deposit to our Maybank account.

Q: ATM machines only accepts minimum RM 10. How do I make
     payment for RM 34.50?
A: You may bank in the rounded figure of RM 40.00 into our
     Maybank account and we will refund the balance of RM 5.50
     together with your order; or bank in the balance into your
     Maybank account. The same applies to other non-rounded
     figures.

Q: Nobody will be at home to receive the parcel if it's sent
     via poslaju. Can I opt for PosExpress delivery instead?
A: We can send your order via PosExpress delivery upon request.
     However, please note that some items may not be able to be
     fitted into the PosExpress envelope.
